What is Laughter? Laughter is a joyful and energizing practice that combines playful laughter exercises with deep breathing techniques. There’s no need for jokes or comedy—we engage in movement, maintain eye contact, and let the laughter flow naturally, becoming genuinely contagious.
What is Dance? Dance is a movement of the body in connection with intention, recognizing the importance of transforming what we have in life to express ourselves through movement.
What’s the Structure of Our Class?
Each 45-minute session includes: We will also have time to reflect
- 40% Laughter Exercises
- 40% Stress release recommendations
- 10% Deep Breathing and/or Stretching
- 10% Guided Meditation
What Do You Need to Join? No special equipment or experience is required. It’s just a computer, a camera, a microphone, a chair, comfy clothes, space to move, a pen or pencil, and a notebook to take notes. The most important thing is to bring yourself and an open heart! Tips or donations are welcome.
Is Registration Required? Yes, registration is required to participate.
Is the Class Bilingual? Yes! The class will be conducted in both English and Spanish.

Do I need to be flexible or have experience?
Not at all. Our focus is on breath, laughter, and light movement—perfect for all ages and abilities.
What should I wear or bring?
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move and breathe in. You don’t need any special equipment—just bring yourself, water, and an open heart.
Can I do Laughter if I’m feeling down or anxious?
Yes, and it may actually help! Laughter is used to support mental health and emotional release. It’s gentle, nonjudgmental, and often lifts mood through connection and breath.
