Frequently asked questions
Is Laughter a workout?
Yes! It can be surprisingly energizing. Laughter engages your diaphragm, core muscles, and lungs, increasing oxygen intake and boosting endorphins—just like aerobic exercise.
Will we use or need a drum?
Yes, you can use any drum, frame drum, or plastic pot to play and share with us. You don’t need to be a professional performer.
What should I wear or bring?
Wear comfortable clothes you can move and breathe in. You don’t need any special equipment—just bring yourself, water, and an open heart.
Can I do Laughter if I’m feeling down or anxious?
Yes, and it may actually help! Laughter is used to support mental health and emotional release. It’s gentle, nonjudgmental, and often lifts mood through connection and breath.
Do I need to be flexible or have experience?
Not at all. Our focus is on breath, laughter, and light movement—perfect for all ages and abilities.
How much is the donation suggestion?
Donation suggested: USD $ 10 – 45 minutes group session if you are living in the USA. For the rest of the countries, the situation can be variable.
What is an INTERNAL GROWTH COMMUNITY?
