Your Host

Wanda Lee

Wanda Lee is highly empathetic with varied life experiences. She sees the light in every situation. She is intuitive, a leader and can help you with creative solutions when there is a conflict within you.

She is passionate about dancing, classically trained ballet with Martha Graham technique, but because of a work injury she thought her dancing days were over. By using walking meditation, yoga and mindfulness she was able to move and dance again! She speaks from the heart, which is completely from love. She loves talking about happiness, transformations and mindfulness. She does this because of her own conscious change and spiritual growth. She is determined to lead a life of happiness, abundance with love and joy. She completed her Frame Drum Wisdom Apprenticeship and is very excited to share her drums in her community.

Mental Health and Suicide Prevention are very important to her. She is a Schaumburg NAMI Board Member. She is a speaker for American Foundation for Suicide Prevention - Talk Saves Lives. A trainer for Youth Mental Health First Aid. She hosts mindfulness and movement groups on Zoom. She has the highest level of training for Autism Movement Therapy/AMT and is a Reiki Master. Presently she is working on her 200hour Yoga training.
